The mission of the NEPA L&T IP is to align economic and workforce development to meet the skill needs of businesses, the career goals of workers and to attract and retain quality employers in the NEPA region.

The vision of the NEPA L&T IP is to (1) improve the industry’s general image, attracting new general members who will benefit from & support its mission, (2) work steadily towards sustainability (3) reach out to establish youth pipelines.
